Peyton Lamendola
Classification: Senior

If you have ever wondered what it is like to stand in line with more than 10,000 hopefuls for the musical reality competition American Idol, Faith West Academy senior Peyton Lamendola can tell you. Peyton braved four hours in sweltering temperatures last August just to get a wristband to vie for a spot on the first round of Austin auditions. Two days later, that wristband allowed her entry into the audition venue, where she waited nearly 7 hours before it was her turn.

With several credits to her name through AD Players and FWA, including the female lead in Faith West Academy’s production It’s a Wonderful Life, Peyton has earned her place as a star.

Peyton, a member of BridgePoint Bible Church, claims 1 Corinthians 13:4-6 as her favorite verses to remind her of the characteristics and accomplishments of true love.

After graduation Peyton hopes to attend Baylor University to pursue her interests of music and theatre.
