For over 21 years, Aqua-Tots has been committed to the best quality instruction in the absolute best swim environment. Aqua-Tots specializes in small group instruction (1:4 ratio), private and semi-private lessons and pool parties. Thousands of children have learned to swim and advanced their swim skills through our unique and efficient curriculum. We have a great team of professional and fun-loving swim instructors who have been certified by Aqua-Tots as Water Safety Instructors. Our swim instructors are also certified in CPR and First Aid. Bear Creek United Methodist School offers two 3 day camps in June for children ages 2 through completed grade 2. Both camps are Wednesday through Friday, June 6-9 and/or June 13-15. Summer Fun Days is for children 2 years old before June 1, 2012 through entering kindergarten. Science camp is for children who have completed kindergarten through completed second grade. Lego Camp – Preschool 3 – 5 years
BUILDING BRAINS uses LEGO Duplo and K’NEX educational kits to BUILD math and science skills. K’NEX pieces are rounded, spiked, corrugated, grooved, hollow, and can be engineered into any design idea. Students will BUILD simple machines that really work, using gears, levers and pulleys, while BUILDING fine motor skills and confidence. Class themes include “Pirates That Can Build Anything”, “Very Hungry Caterpillar” and “It’s a Bug’s Life”.
Lego Camp Elementary I (6 to 8 years ) or II (9 to 14 years)
Learn to BUILD simple machines using gears, levers and pulleys and then MOTORIZE these machines using LEGO and K’NEX educational kits and curriculum while BUILDING math and science skills. Class also includes challenges where we will compete against one another to build the best design. Students will understand why a machine works and will learn how to manipulate a machine to go faster or slower. Fine motor skills, critical thinking skills, imagination and confidence will increase in this fun-filled camp atmosphere.

For over 30 years, Christian organizations have enjoyed the beautiful setting of Camp Tejas in the rolling hills of central Texas. In the wooded landscape of pines, oaks, and cedars, our guests find the rest and fellowship needed to escape from the everyday routine. Tiger Land has been a terrific place for Katy’s children to grow and play for over 25 years. Our summer camp program is for children who have completed Pre-Kindergarten through 12 years old. The children participate in two to three field trips per week to places that include swimming, bowling, laser tag, skating, the park, the movies and other fun trips. We also offer in-house field trips that include water slides, animal shows, and field day competitions. Throughout the summer, our campers plan and organize a carnival that they put on for our younger pre-school and pre-kindergarten children.
While not involved in field trips, the children participate in a number of on-site activities including arts and craft projects, cooking projects, various sports, outdoor play time, and games.
