Fall is approaching so what better way to celebrate grilling or smoking meats outdoors. Ribs make a perfect choice:
BBQ Smoked Ribs

• 2 cups brown sugar
• 2 oz. black pepper
• 2 oz paprika
• 2 oz granulated garlic
• 2 TBSP salt
• 1 TBSP cayenne pepper
Generously rub the dry rub mixture on the ribs.
Smoke at 225 for 4 hours…remember low and slow is the key to fall of the bone ribs.
