Camp West is a fun and exciting summer day camp located on a beautiful 42-acre development in Katy, Texas.  Facilities include a great sports complex with a double, full-size air-conditioned gymnasium, indoor rock wall, and two ball fields.  The six acre lake and park includes a 3000 sq. ft. pavilion, massive deck, two zip-lines over the lake, 40’ cargo net,  20’ water trampoline, floating jungle gym, Summit Express Water Slide, Freefall Water Slide, 14’ Iceberg Climbing Wall, Rockit Water Rocker, Spin Wheel Running Track, two fishing lakes, and much more.

Campers will begin each day with a high-energy, interactive performance. There will be times for worship, games, and live character skits. They will then participate in planned indoor and outdoor activities.  After lunch, it is time to break out the sunblock and race to the lake! While at the lake, campers will zoom down the zip-line, whiz down the water slide, and play on the water inflatables. Snacks are available at the “Snack Shack.” The camp fee includes three snacks per day. Parents can pick-up pleasantly exhausted campers at 3:30 PM.

Spotlight Acting Academy is a children’s theatre school located in The Villagio. We pride ourselves in offering actors and musicians of all ages the very best in theatre instruction, all while having FUN! We offer a variety of Summer Classes for ages 3-18.

Our Production Classes are offered for ages 6-18 and end in a performance of a Broadway Musical, a choice of either Cinderella G2K or High School Musical,Jr. In this two week camp, students learn to become a triple threat, gaining training in voice, acting and dance all while learning what the entire process is for an actor, from the first rehearsal to the final performance.

We are also offering a Triple Threat Workshop for ages 6-12. Students will have the opportunity to perform songs from popular musicals in a showcase at the end of the week! They will also showcase props and costume pieces they have made throughout the week.

For ages 3-5, we are offering a Never Grow Up Camp themed around the popular musical Peter Pan. Campers will have the opportunity to beat drums with the Indians of Never Land, join the Lost Boys, and fight pirates, all while being immersed in Never Land themed crafts, games and songs.
