Jordan Ranch is tipping its hat to the best of the West 3-8 p.m. Saturday, April 21, in a fun-filled event that is free and open to the public. Headlining the Better Out West Fest is a concert by Jay Allen and CMA Award-Winning artists, Maddie and Tae. In addition to live music, the Better Out West Fest will offer a roundup of children’s activities, including a zip line traversing the community, a rock climbing wall, face painters and an obstacle course. All ages can try their hand at mechanical bull riding. Barbecue and drinks also will be available for purchase!
Jordan Ranch offers a convenient location near Houston’s Energy Corridor and the extended Grand Parkway, meaning less time spent commuting and more time spent at home. Seven well-known builders offer new homes in Jordan Ranch with pricing from the $200,000s to the $500,000s. Thirteen models are open for touring. Residents find plenty to do in Jordan Ranch at The Shed, a recreation complex with a clubhouse, fitness center, event lawn and playground. Phase 2 amenities — opening this year — include a freeform pool, lazy river and splash pad. A full-time Director of Fun plans frequent resident events.
