For over 20 years, the Manna House has been operating in Brookshire, Texas as a residential addiction recovery and rehablitation campus. During this time over 600 men have lived in the residence with excellent recovery results for those who remain in the program long enough for it to be a lasting change. It is a unique program that utilizes biblical principles and the Christian Twelve Steps of Recovery in a safe, peaceful residential setting. Our experienced and caring staff understands the recovery process and are committed to help each resident and their family through this journey. Often there are those within our family, church family and circle of friends that need help with addictive issues, but they are not sure where to go or how to get the help they need. This is why the Manna House is here; to transform lives by offering men a NEW START. If you, a loved one, a Christian brother, or a friend needs help, please contact us at (281) 375-8864.
Chef Crutchfield has loved food for over 50 years! He loves to sell food, cook food, and of course eat food. As the grandson and great-grandson of chefs he comes to this love of food naturally. It is literally in his blood!
He has worked as a supermarket clerk, and years ago even worked one holiday season as a temp for Honey Baked Hams. He served on the board of directors of a Christian social services agency which operates a food bank, which gives him yet another perspective on the food world.

We started our story 15 years ago in the beautiful city of Mérida, Venezuela. After moving to Texas, it took us until 2015 to open our first food truck in Katy.
After 3 years and thousands of satisfied customers, we’ve grown and expanded our business to three locations: the original food truck, our signature arepa bar and the newest store opened in north Katy.
Our goal is to be an outstanding reference of two of the best things about Venezuela: our food and our people.
Come visit us and become part of the family!
